Guest Policy

Check In / Check Out

The check-in time to access the room will be from 3:00 p.m. onwards, and the check-out time must be no later than 12:00 p.m.


Departure between 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. will generate an additional charge of 30% of the current nightly fee. If the departure is after 3:00 p.m., the charge will be the full current fee.


In the event that for personal reasons the guest has to register his entry after 8:00 p.m., there must be a notification 24 hours previous to the arrival.

Payment, Changes and Cancellation Policies

RESERVATIONS (PAYMENT)


At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the total fee must be made, not being considered valid until said deposit is made. The rest of the payment must be made three days before the arrival date.


The client will receive the details of the reservation by E-mail or Whatsapp, all the related information, the conditions and the refund policy appear on the hotel's website.



CANCEL RESERVATIONS (REFUNDS)


The cancellation of the reservation will give the right to retain, as compensation, the following percentage of the required deposit:


  • 5% of the deposit when the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the check-in date.

  • 50% of the deposit when the cancellation is made thirty or fewer days, and more than three, before the check-in date.

  • 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is made less than three days before the check-in date.

Coexistence Rules

All guests accept the coexistence rules as part of the contract for the lodging service at Casa Cora: Beach Hotel.


  1. Guests are not allowed to have any type of animals in the rooms or common areas of Casa Cora: Beach Hotel, except for those that help the disabled.

  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the rooms and common areas. Failure to comply with this, will allow the hotel to make an additional charge for laundry, dry cleaning, cleaning, etc., of $2,000 MXN.

  3. The pool and jacuzzi are available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

  4. Bathing suit is mandatory for access to the pool and jacuzzi.

  5. It is mandatory to use the shower to clean sand, dirt or mud before entering the pool or jacuzzi.

  6. It is forbidden to urinate in the pool or jacuzzi.

  7. The access to the pool, jacuzzi and common areas is exclusively for registered guests.

  8. All children are the responsibility of the adult who accompanies them to take care of their good behavior within the facilities, as well as their own safety.

  9. It is the guest's obligation to keep their conversations in a moderate tone and to ensure that their children do not disturb the rest of others.

  10. The use of speakers or sound equipment will be allowed in common areas and rooms at a volume that does not interfere with the other guests or neighbors.

  11. The use of high voltage electrical appliances is not allowed.

  12. It is forbidden to bring objects that threaten the safety and stay of the guests, such as: weapons, gunpowder, grills, coal or any flammable material.

  13. The acoustic volume should be moderated in all rooms from 10:00 p.m. It is also an obligation to respect the silence at night in the corridors, stairways and common areas. Starting at 12:00 a.m., guests are asked to avoid any annoying situation for other hotel guests.

  14. People that has not been registered may not stay in the rooms. In any case, give prior notice to the hotel of any variation in the number or identification of the people who originally registered. In no case, the number of people staying in each room may be greater than the capacity assigned by the hotel.

  15. In the event of registration of a group of people, they will be asked for the name of the organizer and all the members that comprise it, in order to better accommodate each room.

  16. Caring for the facilities and making good use of them, as the furniture, equipment or instruments inside and outside the rooms, is expected. Any damage will be charged to the credit card registered by the guest responsible for the room or, if necessary, the guest or group organizer will cover the cost of repairing or replacing any object that has been damaged, either carelessly or intentionally.

  17. Casa Cora: Beach Hotel is not responsible for lost materials, documents or valuables kept in the rooms, as there is a safe for safekeeping.

  18. Casa Cora: Beach Hotel is not responsible for objects forgotten in common areas, nor for articles left inside the rooms once the check-out has been made.

  19. Objects or valuables left for safekeeping at reception, forgotten by a guest, will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a term of 30 days (this without considering perishable items). At the end of this period of time and if there is no claim, they will be discarded.

  20. Upon cheking out of the room, it is mandatory to close the doors, windows, water taps, turn off lights and electrical appliances, as well as to return the air conditioning and TV remote controls provided by the administration.

  21. It is the obligation of the guests to inform the hotel administration of contagious diseases or illnesses, deaths, infringements or crimes that occur in the establishment and are known to them, so that the appropriate measures are taken and immediately report to the authorities if it is necessary.

  22. In case of needing medical attention, the entry of medical personnel will be allowed, at the expense of the guest for the corresponding fees for home service.

  23. Guests who present an aggressive, threatening or disrespectful attitude in any way, either to the staff or other guests, must leave the hotel immediately and will be reported to the competent authority. The hotel reserves the right of admission.

  24. We reserve the right of admission to guests who arrive with high levels of alcohol or in inadequate conditions to stay inside the establishment.

  25. Casa Cora: Beach Hotel promotes the culture of native peoples, as well as inclusion and respect for diversity, so any act of discrimination may be the cause of the cancellation of the accommodation.

  26. When guests are absent for more than 24 hours without prior notice to the administration, this may be consider as the accommodation contract suspended or terminated, as the case may be, and proceed to confiscate the luggage, except in the event that the value of the luggage of the guest does not guarantee the amount of the total accomodation fee. In this circumstance, the accommodation may be rescinded or suspended with the guest's absence for more than 24 hours.

  27. Any situation not foreseen in this coexistence policy, will be attended to what is established by the Regulation of the lodging establishment enforced by the Federal Tourism Law and also legal provisions applicable to the matter.
